Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a field-based resource in an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services, coordinating with sales and hub partners to ensure compliant access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or similar.
• Education offices on access processes and payer requirements.
• Experience educating HCPs and staff on patient service programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan.
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Conduct in-person field visits to educate and support offices.
• Coordinate with sales, hub partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor payer policies and formulary coverage within territory.
• Document activities in CRM and adhere to ROE.
