Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role across a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources, coordinating with sales, hub partners, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in relevant fields, a 4-year degree, and travel 3-4 days per week within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales in healthcare.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week; must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources.
• Develop and execute a territory access plan and coordinate with sales and hub partners.
• Provide in-person customer visits and field education sessions.
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and prior authorization trends; report insights.
