Job summary

Priovant Therapeutics is launching a field-based Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to support patients and HCP offices with insurance coverage, prior authorization, and affordability programs. The PAL will provide education, guidance, and escalation where needed to ensure patients begin and maintain therapy.

This high-touch role requires deep payer knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate autonomously across a launch‑readiness environment in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in patient access, reimbursement, or field-based roles.
• Knowledge of payer policy, PA, and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the access resource for patients and HCP offices.
• Educate on insurance coverage, affordability programs, and PA processes.
• Counsel on adherence, time‑to‑therapy, and barrier mitigation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and specialty partners to accelerate therapy access.
