Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking a Field Access Manager to minimize payor and pharmacy barriers for patients by delivering education on coverage, policies, and affordability across assigned geographies. You will work with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access, and external providers to resolve access concerns and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (healthcare, business, life sciences).
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management, patient access, and/or managed markets experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs and staff on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor appeals and medical exception requirements, and funding options.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs and health care systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitors in-process patient cases through a navigator portal with patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and dermatology pharmacy services to assist customers navigating distribution.
