Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access and external stakeholders to resolve access barriers, monitor cases via a navigator portal, and develop local access strategies that align with KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and dermatology distribution.
• Ability to lead without authority in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization and coverage status.
• Builds relationships with HCPs and health systems.
• Monitors patient cases through navigator portal.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and dermatology distribution.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and laws.
