Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, business or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; managed markets preferred.
• Experience with specialty and retail dermatology pharmacy distributions.
• Strong ability to lead in cross-functional teams and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status and payor processes.
• Establishes relationships with HCPs and health systems to support access issues.
• Monitors patient cases through navigator portal with consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and retail pharmacy services to assist customers.
