Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of fiber splicing/telecom experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with fusion splicer, OTDR, optical power meter, fiber identifiers, and inspection scope.
• Ability to read construction prints, diagrams, and work orders with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cable across construction projects.
• Troubleshoot fiber faults using OTDR, power meter, and related tools; document results.
• Prepare and repair splice cases/enclosures and complete aerial/underground work.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve outages and meet project schedules.
