Job summary

C-Connex is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in a hybrid Austin or Ashburn location. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate logistics, and nurture customer relationships, working closely with operations and technical teams.

The role requires organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to smooth order fulfillment and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in fiber optic, cabling, or data center industries.
• Strong knowledge of passive optical components and general network cabling practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound quotes and provide timely, accurate pricing.
• Coordinate with logistics and production to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support outside sales with product info, pricing, and technical documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, update forecasts, and track sales metrics.
• Assist with proposals, RFQs, and marketing initiatives.
• Review POs against quotes and customer requirements.
