Job summary

FiberFirst is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, upselling services, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Base pay is $17.50/hour with an uncapped commission structure based on individual sales performance.

Role is based at the Southlake, TX office and requires a high school diploma with at least 2 years of call center sales experience. Expect to work with a team that values growth, community involvement, and competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a call center.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets through inbound/outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience and maintain professional interactions during sales
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets via outbound calls
• Initiate outbound calls and manage call handling metrics
• Sell FiberFirst products and upsell to existing customers
• Learn order processing and billing system for sales entries
• Develop product knowledge to explain offerings effectively
• Stay aware of competitors’ pricing and offerings
• Promote current marketing campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor
