Job summary

FiberFirst is hiring an Inside Business Sales Specialist in Southlake, TX. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and high-volume B2B outreach to SMBs to drive revenue growth and expand services for existing customers.

You will manage inquiries as needed, hit weekly quotas, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. A strong tele-sales background and knowledge of fiber products are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center, inside sales, or high-volume B2B outbound role.
• Telecommunications or tech sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting & Sales Generation: drive pipeline via outbound calls and lead generation for SMBs.
• Sales Goals: achieve or exceed quotas and activity targets.
• Call & Pipeline Management: manage high-volume outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• SMB Product & Service Sales: upsell/cross-sell FiberFirst offerings to SMBs.
• Competitor & Market Awareness: know local pricing, packages, and speeds.
