Job summary

Gateway Fiber is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to convert inbound inquiries and drive outbound revenue in a consultative, customer-first environment. This role focuses on building trust, closing deals, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will manage a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and aim to grow into leadership as the organization scales. Immediate start with base plus commission in a fast-growing fiber network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Comfort with inbound closing and outbound prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a consultative approach.
• Proactively conduct outbound outreach to reengage prospects and recover opportunities.
• Protect revenue by preventing order fallout and winning back former customers.
• Own opportunities from first contact through installation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, Operations, Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
