SENKO Advanced Components, Inc. in Hudson, MA is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional who thrives in a hybrid work environment, spending Tue-Thu in the Hudson office and collaborating with a national network of sales colleagues.

You will own the order lifecycle from quote to shipment, manage purchase orders, maintain CRM data, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries. The role combines direct customer touch with cross‑functional teamwork to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Data entry and computer software capabilities.
• Technical products background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order life cycle, from quotation to shipment, ensuring smooth processing at each stage.
• Manage and process customer purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on order schedules, lead times and shipments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales processes and drive business success.
• Provide training for new sales members as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
• Generate and provide sales reports as requested.
• Promote and sell standard products using established sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate CRM data.
• Willingness to travel with sales members for customer support.
