Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes milestone tracking, data validation, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, construction, and vendor teams. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
