Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help track milestones, maintain accurate data, and coordinate between internal teams and external partners.

This role offers remote work with Ogden, UT focus and exposure to telecom project lifecycles. The position requires 1–3 years of related experience and proficiency with project tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom or related fields.

• Understanding of basic scheduling and date tracking.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Prepare project status summaries and milestone reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
