Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

We value precision, proactive communication, and collaboration across engineering, construction, and vendor teams. The role emphasizes data validation, milestone reporting, and cross‑functional coordination to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone‑driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
