Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help track milestones, keep data current, and coordinate between internal teams and external partners.

With 1–3 years in telecom, utilities, or related fields, you will validate forecast vs actual dates, escalate risks, and assist in preparing milestone reports to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Validate forecasted vs. actual dates and identify basic discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project updates.
• Prepare project status summaries and milestone reports, supporting project managers.
