Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. This role helps ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

We look for familiarity with milestone-driven projects, strong Excel/Smartsheet/Jira skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Data Support: Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates; assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies; support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
Project Updates & Data Validation: Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope; escalate risks, delays, or missing information to senior team members.
Communication & Coordination: Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners; assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams; provide accurate data and project details to support project managers.
