Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help ensure accurate tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

This role involves data validation, milestone tracking, and collaboration with engineering, construction, and vendors to keep programs on track. Equal emphasis on detail and teamwork will drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate status updates.
• Validate forecasted vs. actual dates and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare project status summaries and milestone reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
