Position Summary:

National OnDemand, Inc. is a communications and utilities infrastructure provider delivering service solutions to the Fiber, Wireless, Energy, and Technology sectors in the United States. Headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina, the company provides full turnkey infrastructure solutions on demand, anywhere across its service footprint. We have secured our market position through successful mergers and acquisitions, along with steady organic growth.

We provide fully equipped vehicles to our technicians, which can be taken home after shifts, eliminating the need to switch vehicles. For technicians with their own vehicles, we offer industry-leading mileage compensation. All tools, meters, and tablets are provided.

Operating across multiple states and holding prime contracts with several MSOs, we are seeking technicians in all areas.

Primary Position Duties:

• Earn a competitive hourly wage and enjoy an unlimited production bonus plan.
• Participate in onsite training to become an expert in broadband cable installation.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot advanced technology in customer homes.
• Manage your income based on the number of jobs completed.

Position Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14' with a total load capacity of 300 pounds.
• Work in attics and other confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Attend weekly safety meetings, emphasizing a strong safety culture.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with fiber optics installation is preferred.
• Ability to use basic installation and hand tools; field experience is helpful.
• Self-motivated individuals.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check and pre-hire drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
