Position Summary:

National OnDemand, Inc. provides communications and utilities infrastructure services to the Fiber, Wireless, Energy, and Technology sectors across the United States. Headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina, we offer full turnkey infrastructure solutions on demand across our service footprint, maintaining our market position through successful mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth.

We supply our technicians with top-tier, fully equipped vehicles, which include fuel cards and can be taken home after shifts. For technicians with their own vehicles, we offer industry-leading mileage compensation. We also provide all necessary tools, meters, and tablets.

As we operate in multiple states and hold prime contracts with various MSOs, we are seeking technicians in all areas.

Primary Position Duties:

• Earn a competitive hourly wage and enjoy an unlimited production bonus plan.
• Participate in onsite training to become an expert in broadband cable installation.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot advanced technology in customer homes.
• Manage your income based on the number of completed jobs.

Position Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14' with a total load capacity of 300 pounds.
• Work in attics and confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Attend weekly safety meetings as part of our strong safety culture.

Education or Skills:

• Experience with fiber optics installation preferred.
• Ability to use basic installation and hand tools; field experience is helpful.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and pre-hire drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
