Overview

Our Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing OSP buried drops. We connect the world today with tomorrow’s technologies.

What You’ll Do…

• Troubleshoot and identify issues with existing fiber optic wiring during service calls
• Locate and dig to identify existing cable
• Repair or replace cable
• Splice fiber optic cable
• Perform any restoration after digging
• Greet & treat customers with respect
• Review all requested services with the customer
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times
• Communicate with the supervisor and dispatch regarding work status

Who We Are Looking For…

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
• You have a valid standard Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• You have an acceptable MVR record
• You can maintain a safe work environment
• You can work in all weather conditions
• You can lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• You can work overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call
• You can work 3 feet above ground level
