Job description

Job Overview

This role involves planning, executing, and troubleshooting on-site engineering assignments, including installations and fault finding for automated systems such as image-based identification, RFID, Bluetooth ID solutions, refrigerated Locker Systems, Autonomous Mobile Robotic Systems, and Print/Applicator Systems. You will interface with customers and management to ensure project updates and address service issues, providing high-level customer service.

Key Details

• Location: Remote in DFW TX, Atlanta GA, Salt Lake City UT, or Denver CO
• Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr
• Travel: Extensive travel up to 90% required for customer site visits

Responsibilities

1. Complete technical analysis on complex systems independently.
2. Interpret engineering drawings and understand industrial controls and communication protocols.
3. Handle difficult customer situations with troubleshooting skills.
4. Manage time effectively and communicate proactively.
5. Collaborate with team members and focus on customer satisfaction.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Machine Vision Systems, Autonomous Mobile Robotics, Refrigerated Locker Systems, Print/Apply Systems.
• Basic Java scripting experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel internationally occasionally.
• Valid Driver's License, ability to work remotely, and physical capability for prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and ladder use.
