Position Summary:

National OnDemand, Inc. provides communications and utilities infrastructure services to the Fiber, Wireless, Energy, and Technology sectors across the United States. Headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina, we offer turnkey infrastructure solutions nationwide, maintaining our market position through successful mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth.

We supply fully equipped vehicles with fuel cards to our technicians, which they can take home after shifts. For technicians with their own vehicles, we offer an industry-leading mileage reimbursement. We also provide tools, meters, and tablets necessary for the job.

Our operations span multiple states with prime contracts with various MSOs, and we are seeking technicians in all regions.

Primary Position Duties:

• Earn a competitive hourly wage plus an unlimited production bonus.
• Participate in onsite training to become an expert in broadband cable installation.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot advanced technology in customer homes.
• Manage your income based on the number of completed jobs.

Position Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet with a total load capacity of 300 pounds.
• Work in confined spaces such as attics.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Attend weekly safety meetings as part of our strong safety culture.

Education or Skills:

• Experience with fiber optics installation is preferred.
• Ability to use basic installation and hand tools; field experience is beneficial.
• Self-motivated and willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Willing to undergo criminal background checks and pre-hire drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
