Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecommunications, installation, construction, and utility work.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Comfortable working in both underground and aerial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent installations and repairs for residential customers.
• Install and configure customer equipment including routers, modems, and Wi-Fi gateways.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all onsite visits.
