Job summary

Ripple Fiber is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair fiber equipment across Dunn, NC and OBX markets. You will ensure customers receive top-notch service and support. The role requires driving, working in various spaces, and operating tools to install Wi-Fi and smart devices.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, comfort with hands-on technical work, and flexible schedules including evenings or weekends. Ripple Fiber offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience in customer service, construction, electrical or related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces or outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Ripple Fiber equipment per customer requirements and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues using monitoring tools; document configurations.
• Drive company vehicle and work outdoors in all weather conditions; educate customers on services.
