Job summary

Wyyerd Fiber is seeking a Customer Service and Activation Representative (CSAR) to join a high-energy, customer-focused team that handles inbound sales, customer support, and service activation for residential and small business customers.

As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service, assist with activation of fiber and VoIP services, and troubleshoot connectivity issues while guiding customers through basic hardware checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service (telecom/ISP preferred).
• Strong home networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, devices, speed).
• Experience with ticketing and CRM platforms.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM.
• HS diploma required; tech training a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer support via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with activation and provisioning of fiber internet and VoIP services.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and guide basic hardware resets.
• Document interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Maintain knowledge of services and troubleshooting protocols.
• Promote and upsell services when appropriate.
• Ensure first-call resolution.
