Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an FHA Mortgage Origination Representative to support a broad customer service initiative for a large federal agency. The role focuses on guiding clients through FHA guidelines via calls and emails, using a knowledge base to locate answers, and documenting interactions with precision.

The ideal candidate will have FHA loan experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years FHA loan experience or 3 years conventional/government-backed loan origination.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance (credit check and background).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in contact center or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge database to locate answers and acknowledge client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
