Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two years with FHA loans or three years with loan origination.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Multitask across systems and channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails from the mortgage lending industry and the public on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge database to locate answers and acknowledge client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
