Job summary

CGS Federal in the United States is seeking an FHA Mortgage Origination Representative to join our Customer Service team. This full-time, entry-level position supports a national federal program by handling FHA guidelines inquiries and mortgage-related requests.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with FHA loans, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. A Public Trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Navigate multiple computer systems and use search tools to provide information.
• Excellent time-management and dependability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years FHA loan experience plus customer service background, or three years in loan origination with government-backed loans.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance including a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails on FHA guidelines.
• Use knowledge database to locate answers for client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
