• Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule (short-term to one month).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and balance records for accuracy.
• Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports or manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file all HUD claims timely and accurately according to guidelines.
• Follow up semi-daily on all outstanding claim proceeds.
• Perform a loan-level reconciliation for final claim proceeds.
• Provide posting instructions within 24 hours of receipt.
• Review, follow up, and ensure timely completion of all steps.
• Input the completion date when action occurs.
• Obtain approval and modify the scheduled date if needed.
• Perform routine follow-up daily.
• Keep Supervisor informed of trends and problems.
• Document servicing, actions, delays, and conversations in notes.
• Ensure all claim documents are imaged timely.
• Maintain and control the HUD audit file.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
