Qualifications

• 3+ years related customer service, sales and/or purchasing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and guidance for FF&E purchases for hotel members.
• Assess member needs and ensure design coordination and standards.
• Support property improvements by reviewing improvement plans and timelines.
• Coordinate FF&E projects for organized delivery and installation.
• Obtain quotes to ensure best pricing from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing for special circumstances.
• Educate members on FF&E guidelines for existing, conversion and new properties.
• Maintain ongoing communication with member properties on quotes, orders and payments.
