Responsibilities

• Assist members and hoteliers with purchase issues and returns.
• Track shipments and process returns and freight claims.
• Interface with members, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Respond to product or order inquiries and resolve payments issues.
• Maintain records and prepare activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation.
