Job summary

Axis Worldwide – Axis Hospitality Procurement is seeking a seasoned hospitality business-development professional with a proven track record in hotel, senior living, and multifamily procurement. This hunter-focused role targets new accounts and major procurement opportunities, leveraging an established network of hospitality decision-makers to open doors and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in senior business development within FF&E/OS&E, strong relationships with owners,

Qualifications

10+ years of senior-level business development in hospitality procurement.
Established relationships with hospitality decision-makers and a proven track record of converting relationships into business.
Experience selling large, complex hospitality FF&E/OS&E projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business-development plan focused on new hospitality FF&E/OS&E procurement business.
Leverage established industry relationships to generate introductions, RFPs, proposals, and new contracts.
Identify and pursue new construction, renovations, repositioning, PIP, refurbishment, and capital-improvement projects.
Build relationships directly with senior decision-makers responsible for hospitality procurement, development, design, and construction.
Develop new accounts while expanding Axis's services within existing relationships.
Lead opportunities from initial introduction through qualification, proposal, negotiation, contract award, and handoff to operations.
Position Axis as a strategic hospitality procurement partner with global freight forwarding IATA/NVOCC services – PO Expediting.
Collaborate with Axis Procurement, Project Management, Freight, Warehouse, and Installation teams to develop turnkey procurement and project-logistics solutions.
Maintain a strong pipeline and provide management with accurate forecasts for revenue, gross margin, project timing, and probability of award.
Represent Axis at hospitality conferences, trade shows, industry events, marketing, client meetings, and other business-development opportunities.
Remain engaged with key accounts throughout the project lifecycle to strengthen relationships and generate additional business.
