BWH Hotels in Phoenix is seeking a FF&E Purchasing Specialist to guide members on furniture, fixtures and equipment procurement. You will manage supplier relationships, quotes, orders, and project timelines to ensure brand standards are met.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in customer service, sales, or purchasing, with strong MS Office and presentation skills, and a client-focused approach. Hybrid work with three onsite days at HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related customer service, sales and/or purchasing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to members by guidance for FF&E purchases.
• Assesses member needs, ensures design coordination and standards.
• Supports enhancements to member properties through project planning.
• Coordinates FF&E projects for delivery and installation.
• Obtains quotes and negotiates pricing with suppliers.
• Educates members on FF&E guidelines for all property types.
• Maintains communication on quotes, orders, installations and payments.
