Job summary

BWH Hotels, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a customer service specialist to support members in purchases, shipments and returns for Supply. You will coordinate with suppliers, track shipments and respond to inquiries, while maintaining records and contributing to team goals.

The role requires 12–18 months of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong MS Office and CRM skills. Hybrid work with on-site HQ in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 to 18 months related customer service, sales and/or purchasing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolves purchasing issues from beginning to end by tracking shipments, processing product returns and following-up on freight billing and claims.
• Ensures effective customer service by interfacing with members, suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
• Responds to inquiries on products or orders and assists with payment issues or member credits.
• Provides administrative support and maintains filing and record-keeping systems.
• May generate activity reports and support compliance with import documentation.
