Job summary

Premier in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Senior Purchasing Agent to assist with supply chain management and FF&E procurement for hospitality and multi-family developments. You will support bidding, purchasing, and expediting to ensure FF&E is available at construction start date.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Procurement and requires five years of purchasing experience, ideally in hospitality. Onsite with hybrid options, salary commensurate with experience, with annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Five years purchasing experience, hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; Spitfire a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent worker who collaborates well with teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost analysis, negotiating, purchasing, and delivery within budget.
• Manage an effective project purchasing process to meet requirements on time.
• Handle multiple complex projects with limited supervision.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders.
• Initiate change orders to purchase orders for capital purchases/FF&E.
• Resolve vendor disputes.
