Job summary

Macy's is seeking an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing vendor product knowledge. You will upsell, build a repeat clientele, and represent designated vendors/brands in collaboration with personal stylists and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or selling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with computers, mobile devices and RF equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience with customers as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead customer-facing vendor events to drive sales.
• Wrap up sales using Macy's POS in a warm celebratory fashion.
