You’ll be on call to support Chef Tim Love and festival events, ensuring safe, timely transport and on-site coordination. Ideal candidates are highly organized, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, flexible travel availability, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships with staff in a confidential role.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible and adaptive with a sense of humor, positive and collaborative attitude.
• Must pass a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Logistics and travel planning including maps and timing.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment logs; ensure maintenance and inspections are up to date.
• Move large items/product/equipment to/from corporate office, storage units, residences and venues.
• Track spend and document charges; maintain a $5,000 annual maintenance budget.
