Lombardi Family Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Event Operations & Logistics Associate to support the Catering & Events team in Dallas. You will assist with event setup and breakdown, transport and organize equipment, and help keep storage areas clean and ready for use.

The role emphasizes physical work, initiative, and a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A driver’s license is preferred if transportation duties are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in event setup or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown under the Director of Catering.
• Load, unload, transport, and arrange event equipment, tables, chairs, decor, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized catering storage facility and inventory.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with assembling furniture and event equipment.
