Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Assistant Fertilizer Manager to direct warehouse operations and report to the Fertilizer Manager. The role involves invoicing duties, supervising truck routing, and inventory control, with backup to drivers as needed.

You will support month-end reporting, supplier programs, and team supervision while upholding company policies and safety standards in a warehouse/outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of warehouse or trucking experience is required.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license is required and must meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in invoicing, tickets and related computer duties.
• Supervise truck routing and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Assist in inventory control and monitoring receivers and orders.
• Assist Fertilizer Manager with supplier programs and month-end reports.
• Provide backup to drivers and administrative staff as needed.
• Lead and supervise team members and ensure reliable attendance.
