Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks an Assistant Fertilizer Manager to oversee warehouse operations under the Fertilizer Manager. The role requires driving a company vehicle and supervising drivers to ensure smooth, compliant workflows.

You will support invoicing, inventory control and month-end processes, while maintaining high safety, attendance and customer service standards in a warehouse/outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of warehouse or trucking experience required.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Willingness to supervise drivers and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist invoicing tickets, credit messages and related computer duties.
• Supervise truck routing and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Assist inventory control and monitor orders.
• Support Fertilizer Manager with supplier programs and reports.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and month-end reports.
• Supervise drivers and conduct semi-annual/annual reviews.
• Perform month-end closing activities and verify invoices.
• Provide backup to truck drivers and staff.
• Lead team and ensure safety and attendance.
• Drive a company vehicle when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
