Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead all fertilizer terminal operations. The role covers receipt, storage and distribution, ensuring product integrity and compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of terminal or retail fertilizer management experience, strong accounting and logistics knowledge, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years terminal or retail fertilizer operations experience at a management level required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and distribution of products via railcars and trucks.
• Manage product integrity in coordination with agents and surveyors.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for efficient distribution in compliance with safety/environmental guidelines.
• Conduct and plan safety meetings.
• Provide timely reports to division leadership about terminal activities.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and compliance with agencies.
