Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Fertilizer Manager to supervise branch fertilizer operations, inventory control, and blending of liquids and dry products. You will support the Branch Manager with markets, training, and driving customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least three years of relevant experience in fertilizer operations, leadership, and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Three years of relevant work experience required.
• Knowledge of fertilizer products, blending, logistics and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Purchases fertilizer and maintains inventory control.
• Manages bulk storage for tank farm.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of fertilizer equipment.
• Directs blending of liquid and dry fertilizers.
• Analyzes product profitability and equipment utilization.
• Assists Branch Manager in marketing plans for fertilizer income.
• Provides technical training to the branch sales team.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Lead and develop team members.
