Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Assistant Fertilizer Manager to direct warehouse operations and report to the Fertilizer Manager. You will assist in invoicing, supervise truck routing, and help manage inventory, supplier programs, and maintenance. Strong leadership and reliable attendance are required.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in warehouse or trucking. English proficiency is essential, with Spanish skills valued; a valid driver’s license and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of warehouse or trucking experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing tickets, credit messages, and related computer duties.
• Supervises truck routing and coordinates with customers and suppliers.
• Assists in inventory control and order processing.
• Monitors supplier programs and equipment maintenance.
• Supervises drivers and performs semi-annual and annual reviews.
• Supports month-end closing and invoicing verification.
• Provides backup to drivers and administrative staff.
• Leads and develops warehouse team.
• Drives company vehicle as required.
• Delivers excellent internal and external customer service.
