You will lead a location team, manage budgets, coordinate with agents and regulators, and drive improvements in process and equipment, with a commitment to reliable service and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of terminal or retail fertilizer operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and distribution of products to and from railcars and trucks.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for efficient distribution in line with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Manage terminal budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train and evaluate location team performance.
• Provide timely reports to division leadership on terminal activities.
