Role Overview

The Territory Account Manager II is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned territory while driving profitable sales growth. This position works closely with growers, retailers, dealers, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to identify customer needs, provide agronomic and business solutions, and achieve territory sales objectives. The Territory Account Manager II develops territory plans, executes sales strategies, and serves as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering value-added products, services, and technical support.

Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $70,600 - $94,080. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
