Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee fertilizer terminal operations, ensuring product integrity, safe distribution and regulatory compliance. You will manage receipt, storage and distribution from railcars and trucks, develop efficient procedures, lead the location team and coordinate with regulators to meet safety standards.

Strong leadership, budgeting, safety training and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years terminal or retail fertilizer operations experience at a management level.
• Knowledge of fertilizer blending systems.
• Understanding of terminal plumbing and Driscol pipe.
• Knowledge of fertilizer transportation and logistics.
• Ability to forecast product needs.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• English language required; Spanish is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and distribution of products to/from railcars and trucks.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for efficient distribution.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide reports to leadership on terminal activities.
• Manage terminal budget and equipment needs.
• Lead and train location team; assign duties and evaluate performance.
• Drive a company vehicle if required.
• Ensure excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
