Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL preferred.
• Experience with heavy machinery and safety equipment is important.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of articulating loader used to blend dry fertilizer and pour dry and liquid elements for complete fertilizer blends.
• Assist Fertilizer Manager with mixing and pouring of dry and liquid elements for complete fertilizer blends.
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of fertilizer facility.
• Assist with loading and unloading of fertilizer trucks.
• Assist Fertilizer Manager with inventory controls.
• Must drive a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leader.
• Reliable and regular attendance required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
