A valid U.S. driver’s license and strong English communication are required; knowledge of fertilizer blending and logistics is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years terminal or retail fertilizer operations experience at a management level required.
• Drug test and background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Manages product integrity through coordination with agents and surveyors.
• Manages receipt, storage and distribution of products to/from railcars and trucks; ensures Helena requirements are met.
• Implements operational procedures for efficient distribution in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Conducts and plans safety meetings.
• Provides timely reports to division leadership about terminal activities.
• Ensures regulatory inspections are conducted and met; coordinates with regulatory agencies.
• Establishes and manages the terminal budget; meets with Helena representatives and regulators.
• Manages location team; assigns duties and evaluates performance; trains staff.
• May drive a company vehicle when required; delivers excellent customer service.
