Job summary

IVI RMA GLOBAL is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Langhorne, PA clinic. The role runs Monday–Friday with a staggered start 6:45 am–4:00 pm and weekend rotation every 4–6 weeks.

You will educate patients, coordinate fertility care, document in the EMR, and support providers with in-office procedures, while mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations - required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required.
• BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certification – preferred.
• 2+ years practical nursing experience – highly preferred.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives and manage diagnostic/clinical treatment plans.
• Provide patient care per EMR workflows and clinical guidelines.
• Review records, enter data into the EMR, and communicate results.
• Educate patients throughout the treatment journey and set expectations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care in the EMR.
• Provide emotional support and mentor peers to promote collaboration.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures as needed.
